We are a small, engineering-led consultancy working on one thing: getting AI into production for finance and fintech teams. The output is working software inside a real workflow, not a deck or a pilot that never ships.
Finance does not forgive vague answers. Outputs have to be traceable, the data has to be right, and a model that is correct 95% of the time can still be a liability the other 5%. So we build from the data up and measure as we go, rather than hoping the demo holds.
Engagements stay small and hands-on. You deal with the people designing and building the system, whether that is a two-day architecture review or a multi-month delivery. No layers, no handoff to a team you never met.
